receive?
You
will receive one finished design in several file
formats, unless a specific file format is required
for the project. Our designers will produce
as many versions and revisions as necessary to
ensure your satisfaction with the final design. Our
graphic designs are produced from sketches,
descriptions and feedback that you provide.

How do I tell you
what I want my design to look like?
You can
fax a description of your requirements to our studio at 407-365-2625, or
CLICK HERE
to complete our Online Order Form and provide your
project details and requirements. Using
your suggestions, requirements and feedback, our
designers will produce a series of graphic designs for
your company.

How many revisions
can I submit?
You may
submit as many revisions as it takes to ensure your
complete satisfaction. Generally, two to three
revisions are necessary to arrive at a final design.

How long does it take?
We will
begin to work on your project IMMEDIATELY upon receipt
of payment and your project description and support
files (such as any required text or photos that
you'd like to include). Expect to see
your first batch of initial designs within two to
three business days. Additional revisions take an
additional two to three business days upon receipt
of your feedback. We have designed projects in as
little as 24 hours, but rest assured that our design
team will work diligently on your project until you
are completely satisfied.

What final file
formats do you provide?
File formats vary with the requirements of each
project. Typically a graphic design project will be
developed using the industry-leading Adobe
Photoshop, Illustrator or InDesign software
applications and can then be exported into whatever
format your commercial printer may require, such as
a PDF, EPS or JPG files.
If necessary, we will work directly with your
commercial printer to ensure that they receive the
correct file in the format that they require for
optimum print output.
Additional graphic formats can be
provided upon request at no additional charge IF
your request is submitted within 90 days of the
completion of your design.
